Cancellations charge & No Shows policy
Green season >> Period of cancellation between 30-21 days to arrival charge @ 30% or 1 night from total amount. Between 21-14 days to arrival charge @ 50% from total amounts and 14-7 days to arrival charge @ 100% from full amount of stay.
High season >> Period of cancellation between 30-21 days to arrival charge @ 50% or 1 night from total amount. Between 21-14 days to arrival charge @ 100% from full amounts.
Peak season >> Period of cancellation required 30 days to arrival and shorten period to arrive will charge @ 100% from full amounts of stay.
- No shows or failure to notify cancellation will be charged total cost of the price.
- 10% of transfer fee will be charged from deposit amounts for refundable case.
All customers must present credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses e.g. room service, mini bar, laundry etc. upon check-in. Incidental expenses must be settled upon departure in cash or credit card.
